XiaoBa means Little 8 in Chinese. Jolin Tsai and the mentors always call Minghao XiaoBa.

xiaoba = The8. However, there is no 'the' in chinese. Because he is younger than them, they use 'xiao' which means 'little' which is an endearment term. Another trivia, cfans calls seventeen as xiao shi ji aka 'little seventeen'. This is kind of special since using this endearment term will sound weird for other groups. for example, you wont find people calling exo or bts as 'xiao bts, xiao exo'.
