The Lake Hotel in Tagaytay needs to make sure to work on their amenities and features for the tourists to visit here more in the future. This will really help our country's economy if all our hotels will resolve these issues.

You're always welcome, Tin. 😊 We recommend exploring other options. Juward was able to stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay just recently and he said it was better than The Lake Hotel (for a cheaper price). 😊

I do respect your honest hotel reviews as you guys try not to sugarcoat stuff. When we toured the Philippines briefly on our latest trip, visiting all three regions, we stayed at resorts, condos, and hotels. The Twin Lakes is a visually stunning hotel with very clean and presentable rooms, but sadly their customer service was the worst of all the places we stayed at with mainly very sullen staff. We also had the same issue with the water not being hot enough for the bathtub and had to move rooms because myself and baby Kuya love those. We do tip generously wherever we go but that was the first place where we never did. My wife liked there more than me. With some of the other places, Siargao, Boracay, Mactan, and Manila were all fantastic and truly understand customer service and delivered a wonderful experience for the whole family.

Thanks for sharing John. It's sad to receive subpar customer service, especially in Manila/near Manila like Tagaytay. Hopefully when we go back to Tagaytay, we can find a hotel with superb customer service so we can share it with you guys.
