Synopsis:
Xu Qing Jia was orphaned at a young age and became the best in class talent. He marries the Hu family daughter, Hu Jiao. such a good drama, BUT the English Title is just the opposite of the Chinese original. 玉面桃花总相逢 is a romantic and poetic title, which say that the beautiful plume flowers will finally come into blossom when facing the young handsome face. it means that two lovers will finally fall into love in right season. The English Title is so ordinary and lost all of the beauty😢

actually this drama's name is 屠户家的小娘子 ( adapted from the novel with the same name ) later , the drama changed it's name to 玉面桃花总相逢 but the English title still followed the chinese novel's name ( direct translated from chinese )

@@kyeyuneshifah7333 Because I watched Colourful Bones 2 years ago, I had to go check my notes and here is what I had written at the time: "I really liked the beginning when Jing Shu was helping Lue Ying learn everything. He was so nice and protective of her, and she was so patient and caring of him. I really liked Feng Ru Ge. He's a very competent and interesting character. I wish Chu Zi Fu and Ah Li could've been more reasonable and likeable throughout the series. They played a big part and I thought they were really annoying." Overall, I remember enjoying the series and I rated it as a 8/10. But for comparison, I much enjoyed The Lady in the Butcher's House. Colourful Bones has sadder parts than The Lady in the Butcher's House, which is lighter overall.
