Oh man! I’m glad they finally broke free from that toxic spiral they were stuck in! It really had them stuck! I was so proud of the FL for being as strong (and in some scenes just resigned) as she was. Heck! There were a couple places where even I wavered, so I was glad she stuck to her guns. (That scene where she told the doctor dude that it really wasn’t her giving him another chance explained it perfectly!) I liked that so many times the ML was called out on his hypocrisy by the FL and his friends. They didn’t let him get away with his willing blindness, and instead held a mirror up and MADE him acknowledge his faults and double standard. It was pretty cool (and I wish more shows did this! 😉). The final bit was so bittersweet for both of them, but I do think that was actually what needed to happen at that point and after all that they had been through. (I totally teared up a bit with him a couple times. 🥺) Now I’m going to take a bit of creative license (and maybe an unpopular opinion), but I can even see them possibly meeting up a few years down the road, when they’ve both had a chance to heal and grow, and the hurts aren’t as fresh and maybe, possibly, perhaps giving themselves another chance. (That is, if she hasn’t moved on. I don’t think he will, but she might.) I’d actually be okay with that. And that’s my 2 cents! 😜

This drama took a different turn and focused entirely on “why” the ML is the way he is. It didn’t stray from the original script but it gave a perspective on the relationship between the FL and ML.

I’ve seen other versions of this drama where the ML has mental health issues from child abuse and his grandpa made the FL vow to always stand by him. This one didn’t focus on the backstory of the FL’s adoption but it looks like it’s the same. It was interesting seeing how close they stuck to the original web novel.

He played a real scumbag at thid drama, then he played a ML that is very much in love on next. Watching 2 dramas a day with my fave couple is happiness. Their chemistry is undeniably amazing.No force acting those kissing scenes, love scenes are for real. That is why even though if the story goes wrong and if it ends up they would not be together I am not so heartbroken because I know they love each other in real life.

This is a new trend in the world of chinese short dramas where the girl doesn't forget all the hurt and doesn't go back to the pathetic loser who didn't cherish her in the first place and moves on with her life. Sometimes she goes with the other guy and sometimes she leaves both the guys and enjoys loving herself and prioritises her happiness over everything. However, I didn't like that there was unnecessary stretching. She should have let go of him much earlier.

A story like this played out, it just repeated itself, nothing changed.. almost all the endings did not give the partner a chance to forgive even if he repented.. it would have been better if in the end they were given another chance to be together again, because in the end they found out the truth and they both became victims, and it would have been better if they got back together, no matter what trial they went through did not become an obstacle to break their love.. I wish it would have been different.😅

Меня удивляет в этой драме, что он имея связи ,не смог узнать правду о том кто его напоил наркотой и беспочвенно обвинял ее в этом...Точно также она кричала, что любит его сильно, была с ним 7 лет рядом, но даже ничего не знала о его детстве и его болезни...как такое возможно, если любишь?!!!Вывод они друг друга стоят.... В начале он был токсичным эгоистом, затем она стала такой же как он...вообще как можно забыть, что ты вышла замуж??? Пусть даже фиктивно...Нет никакой логики, а сплошной абсурд...

Hoh. Not my type of story but i watch bcs i already watch several other versions so why not just add another especially with those 2 as lead. It really funny that they never forgot to remove the took of cloth for the 3 days bet 😂😂, but tbf it also the key plot in every version. Tho i must say this one hit differently when we know ml side of story. All in all it a 3 hours drama ( or 7 years) of frustration that can easily be solve if ml just open up to fl.
