You may joke and interact with your friends a certain way and perhaps they do as well and hence you guys are friends but even among friends, not everyone in it jokes the same way or operate on the same wavelength and have the same way of thinking of certain things or more. That don't make you a bad person or the other person good, vice versa. We are collectively a species created by God with similarities yet also are deep down unique individuals with many specific, distinctive and unique differences. No one is exactly right or wrong. Okay. If we want to talk and debate about this we can go on all day. Maybe that lady hwayoung had a different sense of humor or perspective about certain aspects of things and perceived what she had with them wasn't pleasant and she didn't like it, and felt hurt and read it as being bullied and even said it out as so. Maybe they did bullied her, who knows. I don't and neither do anyone of you, except themselves. It is not always so straightforward. Perhaps they didn't bullied her after all, they were playing around, their perspective were this is how they engage people and especially when they get to know you better and see you as a friend, or at least among themselves, its all fun and games or playful banter but she took things seriously and or as explained had a different outlook or perspective. Things are not always so black and white. And its best to not take things at face value all the time and or assume and jump the gun and judge people. ​

This is my interpretation of what is happening here. It involves some speculation about people's thoughts and feelings, but I think it is credible and consistent with everything that I know about T-ara and this case. Soyeon's friend has just been sacked by the management after an argument among the group. That in itself is enough to make her feel sad, but there other things on her mind too. She and the other remaining members have been accused of bullying their friend; their reputation has been ruined and she says they were “really shocked and upset.” Soyeon is the leader of the group and may feel that she has let Hwayoung down by not establishing a good enough relationship with her. I don't mean that it was a bad relationship, just that it wasn't robust enough to keep communication going when things became difficult. When Hwayoung went to the hospital and then returned to the hotel it was the lack of communication, or Soyeon's failure to persuade Hwayoung to attend the rehearsal, that led to the serious problems. In addition, Soyeon feels guilty about the tweets, which she admits were wrong. She makes no excuses for them, and at no stage does she give even a hint of anything negative about Hwayoung, because she doesn't want to hurt her again. At the time of the tweets she was disappointed with Hwayoung's behaviour, and Hwayoung was upset because she thought the others were not taking her injury seriously enough. Each side felt let down by the other, and it was all a result of poor communication and misunderstandings rather than any malice. Soyeon is deeply saddened because she has lost a member of her T-ara family. She is distressed because she been wrongly accused of bullying. She feels she has failed Hwayoung and failed in her role as leader. She is sorry for the pain caused by the twitter incident and wants to alleviate it; she will not do anything that might add to it. With all this weighing on her mind, she has to appear on television and talk about it. She's not there to gain sympathy through a display of emotion, she's there to express her regret for what she has done wrong and to explain that the video evidence was edited to give a false impression, and that Hwayoung was like a sister to her and the other members. She has a job to do so she does not want to let her emotions take hold of her too much, and she just about makes it through that section of the interview. Developing the level of trust needed to prevent difficulties turning into major problems can take time, even without any ill will. An interesting illustration is that Eunjung is Jiyeon's closest friend in T-ara, but In Dream Girls Episode 2 (not long before Hwayoung started appearing with T-ara), when they are put together to work as a pair, Jiyeon is apprehensive, and says to the camera that she would have chosen Qri or Soyeon. i think it's possible that different people get different impressions of the exact same thing they watch. some people are just more sensitive to emotional cues - not saying which side is correct, but obviously one side is going to be more correct than the other. in front of camera is when im sure they were all on their best behavior. hwayoung too had reasons to act natural with the members when they showed her more attention in front of cam. image is so important for these groups.

Hwayoung like any other idol can be forced out for any reason. These kids often sign very strict contracts that list an exorbitant amount of behaviors as breach of contract. The president might have kicked her out merely for making the group, him, or the company look bad. The dismissal came just as the twitter messages were being circulated. So the dismissal made T-ara look bad. She actually said as much. Perhaps if the dismissal had come about when it wouldn't have made T-ara look bad she wouldn't have minded. Look, i'm not demonizing the girls necessarily. They might say they didn't bully her cause they were just teasing but to another person, from their point of view, simple things they could've said may have been taken seriously and hurt hwayoung a lot. U don't really know till u actually TALK to the person face to face how they really feel no cameras no nothing. I had a friend who bullied me in 5th-6th grade she used to do all these stuff friends do joke around and play but sometimes it went too far for me so I took the joking seriously. The video of "bullying" may not have seemed like they went too far but to hwayoung she was personally offended and u don't know what happens behind camera. I felt hurt by the things my friend said and did she said she wasnt bullying me but that's how I saw it, which was probably how hwayoung saw it, idk if bullying is seen differently in Korea than in the U.S but you never really know.The problem was that they posted it all over the Internet if u need help and need to talk speak face to face don't say it to the world where u can ruin ur reputation. But it's all based on perspective if she felt left out and it seemed like they didn't like her it's the way she took it to them it was playing around but to hwayoung she could've felt horrible about it. Usually bullying isn't the only problem, family problems, insecurities, childhood trauma, U never really know. Then as that builds up simple things make u feel really angry. Maybe she was depressed and felt lonely that's why she posted about it online maybe social media helped her get it out, Communication is really key. If you don't work things out and talk things out nothing will get solved. Just talk it out let them know what's bothering you. Put others feelings in consideration something may not look or feel the same way for someone else. Ik this is a dead scandal but all they needed was right communication

Soyeon is pretty and talented but I don't think she was being sincere. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but with her I'm not feeling it all. I'm not saying that the bullying is true but a group should accept one another and stick together no matter what and that wasn't the case with T-ara. By the way, I do feel bad for Hwayoung being dismissed since she's such a good rapper, but I also am starting to get a bit angry and frustrated that she's hiding in the shadows in all this controversy. If her statement's "apology for her attitude" was sincere, she would come out and publicly speak about it. Yep. If you've lived in this world for a while you know that people just don't start acting out for no reason. Hwayoung not wanting to do shows was the culmination of other issues. Their terrible management was trying to save as much face as possible, and while I don't blame them, it's a shame that a group of "professionals" (T-ara, their management, and label) let it come to that. On another note, I will miss Hwayoung and her brown supple nipples.

I'm glad Soyeon did this interview, but I think it's sad that the remaining T-ara members have to suffer because of irrational netizens ( both international and korean) and their terrible CEO. Maybe Hwayoung was intentionally bullied. Sometimes the more outgoing people make the more shy people awkward or uncomfortable. I've seen this happen plenty of times and the person that is considered the "bully" didn't realize they were hurting someone's feelings :(
