This is fascinating how different cultures and people cook, eat and what ingredients they use! Beautiful cooking, healthy and simple !

Simple? 😂😂😂 If i use all the morning to cook that thing i don't have time anymore to do nothing. If i start working at 6 in the morning i put the alarm at 2 in the night to do all this stuff

I think it’s simple based on the look of the food. It’s just eggs rice and fish
@mushy4704 жыл бұрын
That's not healthy either. There's a lot of egg, processed ham, white rice, chicken soup and mayonnaise.

@@danyionescu6843 but the title says "weekend routine", so I'm guessing that she only cooks that way on her days off. During the week she probably only eats toast and a cup of coffee 😁
I don't understand how patient she is to cook all of that on a day... i get stress making eggs with bacon 😔

I was about to ask how much time did she spend totally during a day for only cooking? Is time running slower in Japan?

And this is why the Japanese aren’t fat. Though they eat a lot, it is all fresh and processed very little. It is true that it’s not how much you eat but the quality of what you eat that keeps you healthy and a good weight.

In japan you'll have to do a lot of walking and cycling. Not really required but you will not have any choice... I think that is the reason why Japanese are skinny and also because they drink green tea/tea each meal and rarely water. Japanese people are also very well discipline. They won't eat something if they don't need it but if you offer them food, they will humble accept it and really be happy. Japanese also have balance diet meal and they think about health a lot.

"I don't know how to make proper sushi" makes perfectly formed restaurant-looking grade sushi that is probably better than anything I get in North America
I love so peacefull. In France our breakfast look more like coffee with croissant or hot bread with butter and marmelade. And a fresh orange juice 😂 so different way to eat, I love our world. Needs to stay multicultural it's important

The connection to food in Japanese culture is astounding. Many westerners would balk at having to prepare 'complicated' meals, especially three times per day in order to eat. I hope that this tradition is never lost as the East becomes more open to western influences.
