Most high schools in Indonesia apply special rules regarding uniforms, and if they are violated they will be subject to sanctions even if the uniform is torn so that it is wide. Even Indonesians apply skirts and pants from their uniforms that are long to cover the entire leg, because it is to protect their genitals.

Indonesian's school uniform is supposed to be loose to cover the body without making some inappropiate poses. Some student torn or tailored it to make the uniform tighter which is actually violate the school's law. I hope people won't think anything bad about our school uniform.

The only ones that wear knee length skirts are those who are attending religious school (christian, catholic, you name it)

I don't know how to say this but I'm quite disappointed by the choosing of our school uniform as the thumbnail. I know it is for fun but it could lead to unnecassary misunderstanding. I'm sorry for taking it personaly but I just feel uncomfortable. Luckily the explanation inside is indeed true. As a graduated student myself, I never once see or wear them back in the days. Teachers could reprimand the student for not following the rule for their uniform. This is kinda disturbing but let put it up as it is now.

when I was at school, there were very strict rules about uniform. and we should wear dark-blue sarafan (хз как это на англ🤭), white blouse and jacket. in some schools it's possible to wear skirt instead of sarafan, and other schools have their own uniform (kinda one that was in the Soviet Union) - blue or brown dress with long sleeves and obligatorily a white lace apron. but as I know in the big places as moscow and other central cities uniform is not necessary and pupils can wear what they want🤷🏻‍♀️ but as I think uniform is a good thing because I sick and tired to choose everyday look 😂 so in this way my problem is solved 👌🏻 but in my university there is no uniform and my fantasy suffers from every morning question what should I put on?!😬

@@adele65 я живу в Ижевске, у нас тут прям требуют носить форму, но вся наша школа ходит как хочет, да и в других школах также(это я от своих друзей узнала пхах) У нас требуют одевать рубашку и что нибудь темно-синее/черное, ибо они уже смирились с тем, что все ходят в чем хотят, несмотря даже на то, что сами же покупали форму Некоторые, конечно, ходят именно в форме, таких директор прям по головке гладит, а вот когда ты не в форме и перед тобой идёт директор... это все, можно гроб заказывать, но и даже несмотря на эти страшные встречи с директором их не останавливает ходить как хочешь

@@limariola оу ну у нас в городе (владикавказ) во всех школах форма обязательна, а в некоторых ещё и сменная обувь, так что в школу без формы даже не запустят. у нас мальчиков ругали, если они без галстука или бабочки, а девочек, если рубашка не белая или сарафан слишком короткий. нам даже не разрешали краситься в школу и заставляли умываться, хотя если мейк ооочень незаметный и не в стиле гоар, то могли и не заметить. и так во всех школах нашего города. думаю, это хорошо, ибо не все могут позволить себе ходить в дорогих вещах или менять их каждый день. форма помогает сгладить неравенство в материальном положении.

I went to a public highschool that had uniforms, we weren’t allowed to wear skirts, so we had to wear black,khaki, or blue pants with a belt and a collared shirt tucked in, our socks had to be matching. Boys hair couldn’t touch their collar (if they did this as seniors they weren’t allowed to walk the stage at graduation)

Por aqui, é a blusa da escola + calça jeans preta ou azul + tênis preto ou branco (e dependendo da escola pode ser qualquer cor). Porém tem outras escolas que obrigam a usar uniforme completo da escola, seja de inverno ou verão, blusa com short saia, ou com bermuda, calça e até mesmo casaco.

The Thai girls in the picture they showed are wearing university uniform, not school uniform. Not many universities (and faculties) would allow the skirt to be that short especially in public universities which are usually pretty conservative. They usually prefer knee length pleated skirts. As for during school years, girls usually have to wear skirts longer than their knees (the rule usually requires the skirt to be 2 inches longer than knee length). Colors vary from school to school (could be navy, black, plaid of vaious colors, etc). In public school, high school girls are required to tuck their shirt into their skirt and wear belt despite the skirt not having hoops for the belt lol.

Sobre o Brasil, seria complicado o incluir no vídeo por conta das diferença das classes sociais existentes em nosso país, ou seja, cada escola privada ou pública tem um padrão diferente de roupas. Eu estudei toda a minha vida em escola pública. Algumas tem uniforme e outras não. Já as escolas particulares sempre tem o uniforme. E também, dependendo da região e clima também muda. Não dá para representar somente um estilo. Por isso que não incluíram nosso país 😂....

In Australia the uniforms can vary depending on a bunch of varieties. However, both public and private schools must wear uniforms. Summer: Juniors Girls - usually a dress with sailor collar and a sewn in bow. Boys - usually a collard T-shirt with shorts. Winter: Juniors Girls - most likely a darker dress/ with long sleeve underneath shown (not always). Boys - Pants with collard shirt. Summer: Seniors Girls - usually a skirt that goes to the knees with a tucked in collard T-shirt Boys - usually a collard T-shirt with shorts and most likely a belt Winter: Seniors Girls - usually a darker skirt with long sleeved collard shirt with tie + blazer during certain occasions Boys - usually long pants with belt and a collard shirt with tie + blazer during certain occasions. Many of the varieties include which state, whether the school is poor or rich and how much history the school has. Private schools usually have better uniforms in regards to quality however some can look pretty ugly. Schools with a long history probably have nicer uniforms because of reputation. This comes from someone who has mostly gone to private schools in the capital so I may not be entirely correct. Hope this gives a better understanding of Australian uniforms!
