Beefsteak is by far the most popular western dish ni China. Sometimes I feel it is a bit of a misconception that Europeans eat a lot of beef. Especially in Austria, many culinary specialities are made from pork. This dish is just one of the many pork dishes that Austrians really love.

Recipe:
600 gr (1pcs) Pork loin
1 Pack of Bacon (6-7 Stripes, enough to cover whole filet)
Sauce:
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
100 g Mushroom
50 ml White Wine
100 ml Cream
100 ml Broth
Salt and Pepper
Potato balls:
300 g Potatoes (2-3 pcs.)
40 g Potato starch
Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper
