Did you know, that teenagers can give each other rings that are *like* engagement rings. Their called promise rings, if you give them to someone and they accept it is a promise to get married. Now, when Todoroki proposes, it doesn't matter when because of promise rings- I imagine that when they get married they'll either have to elope or get married in a different country. Though, when they return to Japan they would have to be careful😅
