This Villa is located at THE VILLAGE which is a peaceful development close to the exclusive resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and their golf courses. The infra structures are supplied and maintained by Infralobo as from September 2016 and since than up to today it has gone
through improvements, and upgrading’s such as the access done by Estrada de Vale do Lobo recently paved surrounded by stone sidewalks and a bicycle path. At the main entrance of THE VILLAGE there is a roundabout in its finishing phase (landscaping). The internal roads of THE VILLAGE were recently tarmacked. There are rubbish eco points in one of the way outs. THE VILLAGE is covered by optical fiber cable and the security is done mainly by IBC.
