I'll tell you one thing dude, after coming out of the hospital for a stress induced stroke at age 22, I dedicated my time removing optional stressors, those included social media, news that wasn't local and politics. I was heavy into those things and they almost killed me. I replaced those with good music, good news, and doing one nice thing for someone else. So far I'm happier than I was before.
