I think when Tuba says she's addicted to Engin, it doesn't mean she's suffocating. The 2 of them are busy doing their own career so they are not always together but because of their career,they missed each other too much,that they wish they are together. Sometimes because of their career and different partners in a series, there are some jealousy that causes some difficulties in their relationship so they have some disagreements or fights and they reconcile because they can't stand the disagreement and they really love each other. then the cycles start again
