Hunter is legit. I want to give the guy his due. He has clearly put the work in, sounds like he has a real legit team of elite pullers he gets to train with on a regular basis. As far as how well it will translate to European matches? Well that’s yet to have been seen. I don’t think hunter is ready to win that division but he is certainly I think in the top 6 right now. But then again, Doug wasn’t much of a challenge for him so he could be top 3! Will be exciting to see how far he goes! Just happy We got another legit North American to represent us!

Bad technical mistakes by Doug imo, completely wrong Style of toproll to try and counter a supinating hook like that. He should have done a Defensive low Hand toproll, hitting to His own pinpad/ Reverse Sidepressure + backpressure . What He tried was never gonna Work

7:29 oof they missed that big elbow foul on this surge, so that would have been 2 fouls on Hunter and Round 1 for Doug (as was R2 a win on fouls)
@mcfarvo3 ай бұрын
Hunter still would have taken the next 3 rounds though probably with that same high-hook shoulder-roll into a press to the pad, at that point it was easy work for him

Hunter looked great here. I know that getting the right set up is a must. But crying and complaining has reached an all time high (this whole was a great event but the whining and uncalled fouls was to much). And it’s a bit off putting. It would just suck to run off potential new armwrestling fans. after taking so long and working so hard to build the sport, let’s not make a mockery out of it.
