ENGINE 1 & RESCUE 5 RESPONDING TO 4 CARS ON FIRE: kzbin.info/www/bejne/poCVkmWqi9mmmtE
@vernbruneau41518 жыл бұрын
I am very impressed with your community reactions to emergency vehicles. Almost always giving a predictable path. Its a beautiful and rare thing to have traffic know what to do. Keep rockin the camera.
@avenger0070077 жыл бұрын
Considering the crew was stumped as to how that happened, that leads me to think that is a rare occurrence there too.

Very good driving in traffic. Bravo to the driver and the passenger for siren operations 👌

Very impressed with the way road users clear well out of the way upon seeing your approach.

Awesome job of the driver of this fire truck and all drivers that respond to these emergencies. Thank you.

Thank you for everything ya'll do to policemen to firefighters and people in the army fighting for our freedom #respect

Damn that truck goes from 0 to 70 in a hurry, did not expect that much agility from a fully loaded diesel truck...
@shawndubay37367 жыл бұрын
That was a great ride along. Wish people here where I live respected and pulled over like they do there. I always pull out of the way when any emergency vehicle is within audible range. Y'all are heroes keep up the great work.

I work for a career department in Maryland the road in front of my station is like this and during the morning and the evening hours it is bumper to bumper. Great driving keep safe.

Thanks you too fcfdladder22
@EnjoyFirefighting9 жыл бұрын
fcfdladder22 although the 4 lane road in front of my city's main fire station doesn't have that much traffic, we have a traffic light right in front of the station to stop traffic without the need to use the siren while leaving the station
@33Skygazer8 жыл бұрын
Impressive use of that middle lane!

@3:44..."how do we do this?" Well A big truck with sirens, lights and super loud air horns could be why! And with the combination, people should halt to flashing lights and use common sense to let rescuers do their thing. SAVE people!
@jessethepondhopper83703 жыл бұрын
The newer trucks have a transmitter in them that help signal the lights too turn green

This video should be material for driving lesson schools..."How do i react to sirens and emergency vehicles."...
@EnjoyFirefighting9 жыл бұрын
with SO little traffic on the road I guess we wouldn't have switched the siren on except for the intersections at 2:00, 2:48 and 3:40. In city traffic our average (!) speed is at 40 mph with the big trucks.

Some excellent driving here with the driver not taking any prisoners !! for sure I would this driver to be coming to my house if I have a Fire and am an ex UK Fireman ( when it was Firemen ) Take care out there

Love the video but I wish rush hour traffic was like that here in Tampa Florida where I work. Rush hour for us is crazy, basically speeds of 20 and under. Heavy heavy traffic.
@tomh36529 жыл бұрын
FireExplorerPC I agree I am stuck on the Veterans expressway everyday in Tampa.
@EnjoyFirefighting9 жыл бұрын
FireExplorerPC I love the night shifts at my EMS station, heading into the city while rush hour heads the other direction, and same thing in the morning. At least on the highway I can keep to 130 to 140 mph heading to the station
@allcot62199 жыл бұрын
+EnjoyFirefighting - International Emergency Response Videos You drive a 130 mph going to your station.What city are you stationed at.
@EnjoyFirefighting9 жыл бұрын
+allcot I'm in the city of Regensburg, Free State of Bavaria, Germany. Heading to the station at 130 mph isn't in case of an alarm, but my normal cruising speed when I'm heading to my shift (or for something else at another place). Well, it's not that fast ... among the fast ones I'm rather travelling at an average speed ^^

@thomasmarks54975 жыл бұрын
Titto, Theres snow outside and who knows how cold it is. They were going to a daycare if i remember correctly. I am sure the first guy on scene made sure it was safe not to evac. I wont put young children and babies in the cold unless i have too.
@MichaelDeSanta.3 жыл бұрын
@@thomasmarks5497 I think a firealarm is a good reason to evacuate even if its cold outside lmao

@AJDeere8 жыл бұрын
Hey can you make a video of how they control the siren?
@BMills168 жыл бұрын
+AJ Deere T680 I'll try to make one soon. For our electric siren we have a control box with on/off, volume, mode, etc. switches and for the mechanical (Federal Q) siren we have a pedal on both the driver and officer side floorboards along with a pedal for the air horn.
@AJDeere8 жыл бұрын
+B. Mills Im Interested in the pedals :) If u make the video can i have a shout out? Thanks
@haydenparker92508 жыл бұрын

@WilliamSeibertwillis9238 жыл бұрын
+HaydenVlogs our tanker has a pedal for air horns, our rescue has a push button for the Q on the officer side, and the horn button in the steering wheel is for the driver to control the Q. air horns are on a chain hanging from the roof
