I noticed that in the past couple videos I've watched, the model of Hiro you're using is massively overscaled, just like the official one from the CGI series. The D51s were primarily cape-gauge locomotives, and while there were standard gauge export models out there they weren't actually any bigger, they were just regauged by about a foot with modified frames for better support.
