Clean the entire engine with the brake cleaner or any degreaser not rub with the hacksaw blade

Use mapgas to heat up the case and the bearings will drop straight in. As has already been said never ever hit a bearing the way you are. And never force the crankshaft in as you did. It will throw the crank out of balance. Use a puller or heat a steel bar up and place it on the bearing for a couple of minutes and the crank will drop straight in with no damage.Why have you fitted a gasket between the two crankcase halves, it does not need one. I could go on with all that is wrong with this build. I suggest you put the hammer down, buy some proper tools and learn how to assemble an engine correctly.

You need not be a wiring expert just to check for any dissconnections or loose connection. Follow the wiring diagram if needed. If the bike was running fine before restoring the it might be just a minor problem.

My doubt is that, do the crank and its moving parts of RX get sufficient lubricant from the 3% 2T oil we mix with petrol ?

The 2 fork shifts for gears 1st,2nd and 3rd are identical?. Same thing?. My vehicle have gear slipping.. one of this fork shift got damaged.it is hard to find this part.is it really same? The numbers showing on it is different.

+Anita Bika I'm running no 4 .....I don't know the prices ....but my advice would be if you have oem block on your bike then don't replace ....coz the one which you get in spares r not of OEM quality ...so my advice will be insert a sleeve in your original block and use that ...once u insert a sleeve you can again start from std size piston.

+JAYAKRISHNAN bala use rod or a screwdriver and hold it against the magneto. stuck the other end in sprocket teeth, so that it locks the sprocket in place for you to unscrew the nut.

Coz in many cases reed valve is the real culprit...ppl change crank bearings n engine bearing but it doesnt helps like in your case...reed valve usually costs around 450 -500...dont buy aftermarkets use orignal one.

Hi there, like to tell you something , that is you actually forgot tightening all the nuts with a proper torque wrench giving exact value, gauge has to checked in piston ring, and like many more things where has to be done, the performance comes after all measurements. You did lots of mistakes while fitting like bearing, clutch plates, friction plates. Plz next time use of proper tool's and then make video. Regards
