Dear Sir Thank you for chosen DIY & Fix it Your controller may not programmed / calibrate well , By pressing ok and reset key you are gonna start calibration I wish to have PS0600 or PS0500 to make a You Tube video.

​@@northjayhoon9789 Grateful to your support🙏 I tried to enter into configuration mode and seen "J16-9 SENSOR SEL" changed into "Not connected" inside Genset configuration after the reset. When the reset occurs again the configuration is changed and due to this when a remote start signal is received the DG cranks but fails to start. Hopefully waiting you next video on 0ps600 controller.🙏

SAR Stands for start aid relay, SAR relay is controlled by GSC . SAR supplies power for the Glow plugs .

Thank you for your enquiry! If your generator's controller indicates/ warning high battery alarm, definitely you need to check DC alternator . An alternator's output is controlled by an integrated voltage regulator, which is designed to prevent overcharge. You may have a faulty voltage regulator and it does over charge your battery.
