I do have the DVD for many years now and FYI the Spot the Difference Game is actually the Which Island Picture is Different Game from “Thomas Gets Bumped” and “James and the Red Balloon”, Picture Puzzle Fun is from “Thomas and the Really Brave Engines”, Who Am I Game is from “The Early Years”, and Gordon’s Memory is from “Best of Gordon” and “Thomas Gets Tricked”

And actually there's a CGI Thomas Home Media Release where they have Model Series content in the Bonus Features and it's Wild Water Rescue where they have the Model Version of the Determination Song in the Bonus Features.
