Engine gone //How to do Engine Compression test // Coolant found inside cylinder head & plug

A car visit to me with engine overheat and knocking issue , I check and found genuine problem in this car , I check all spark plug and found coolent come in spark plug in 3 no cyl.
Finally i deciede to do compression test and found 2and 3 no cylinder compression low and same 9bar. but 12 to 14 bar is normal.
finally i found individually cylinder compression
cyl 1 := 10.5 bar
cyl 2 := 8.5 bar
cyl 3 := 9 bar
cyl 4 := 12 bar
so finally I decieded to do Engine Over Haul.
