302 was 28 oz imbalance till 1979.5 same as All 351w.

yeah,, i lightly skimmed past that because then its slightly off topic,, not to mention using terminology such as internal vs external imbalance and how some may misunderstand that to having something to do with an engine balance shaft..LOL. as for the year.. i lean towards 81/82 year change overall however the implementation of `979 from engineering ,, you may be right.

@@ifixitall-24-7 I just recall how my dad bought an '84 Bronco w/ blown 302 and installed a 351w without changing flexolate. Drove it several years with a terrible vibration that he eventually fixed by swapping the plate out. Smooth as butter afterwards. 👍
