I made sure the "T " on the magnetic flywheel was on top and I could see through the inspection hole, and now for the marking on the timing cam , I am not sure about the position of the marking , should it be vertical and on the top ??? Please help

no bro .....apache engine is not prepared to handle 220 cc power , and everything is possible , but cost will be high,as we have to change gears size and our engine is small as compare to pulsar 200 and and we cant change our engine design , engine internal ports which will cost much around 10,000, and in half price you will get p 220 engine which can be fitted in apache

100% bro , one of my cousin brother done same , and that's why i included one more part in your above list "Crank " + Crank Pin + Connecting Rod all three are bigger than what comes in 160 , and due to big size it product more rotation per piston revolution , produce more torque....

check wiring in front wheel , may be any tear shear , as in apache magnet speedometer work,this means in wires there is no cable , so check wires condition

then may be . there is issue in rotor which comes inside front alloy wheel , which rotates and judge speed , do one thing go to service center and ask them to change the rotor / try if start

check the cable from meter(digital display console may be loose connection there, bec once i faced same issue for one month some time my display show speed then it come to zero , so i checked display connection and display was loose from there only....if by this way your problem not getting solved then you need to change cable cost around 380 rs
