engine vibration problem in my alto

Dear All I too have same problems, which is under examination. However, from the past experience, I figure out following could be the reasons: 1. Check engine mounts 2. clean throttle body 3. Clean injectors 4. replace spark plugs 5. Check & replace timing belt 6. check mass air flow sensor (MAS) 7. Check and replace Air Filter 8. Replace with synthetic engine oil 9. check and fix valve alignment 10. One of the valves / valve lifters may be tight 11. If you had re-bored and replaced piston rings, one of the pistons may be too tight. (Because, clearance in each cylinder is not exactly same in manual mode of inserting sleeve & re-boring process. However manufacturer uses robots to do the same, so each bore will have exactly the same clearance. This is not possible in aftermarket re-boring process. 12. Finally check temperature sensor. 13. Imperfect Flywheel / clutch release bearing If the above does not solve, practice to ignore during your journey. I'm in Coimbatore (which is an industrial area), I have shown my car to many workshops including authorized ones, the problem still persists! I have created a big hole in my packet in fixing it, but in vain! Now I have decided to throw away my car out of frustration!! Last word: I come to know that mechanics in Kerala are keen and interested in solving peculiar problems and they are also little wiser out of their experience. Many experienced, skilled mechanics are there who may solve it with lesser cost. So if you are closer to Kerala or if you get a chance to visit Kerala, you may try and your problem may get fixed. I have also decided to do as a last try to show it to Kerala mechanics, before discarding the machine!

Maine Apne M.S. Astar ke 3 spark plugs aur ignition coil diesel se clean kiye. Spark plugs ko Maine diesel mein Raat Bhar bhigo Kar rakhe the aur subah ko saaf Kar install Kar Diya. Ignition coil ko diesel se spray kiya. Throttle body ko throttle body cleaner se clean kiya Bina khole. Map sensor ko BHI clean kiya. Air filter bhi soap water se clean kiya aur sukhane ke baad install Kar Diya. Lekin iske bawjood vibration ho Raha Hain aur engine hot BHI ho Raha Hain. Pehle Itna hot Nahi ho Raha tha.
