Medicare needs to cover those services, we seniors are left out, most of us are not able to pay for these services

You have to make sure they take insurance or won't be affordable unless they do an income based.

They don’t. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money, unless you have a lot of it to waste. They don’t tell you anything you have heard or can’t find on the internet. The former owner of Whole Foods now owns them, so…

We are trying to keep the service as affordable as possible, but do not take insurance directly. The cost is $175 for a 30-minute appointment. That's a full 30 minutes with a doctor who will prescribe a diet & lifestyle plan individually for you, fully taking into consideration your medical history, current conditions, current lifestyle, and your personal health and wellness goals. You will not be given general information, this is individualized medical care by licensed and board certified physicians. We do provide all of the documentation so you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, but we cannot predict how much they might reimburse. I hope it helps.

I really have enjoyed the pod cast. I am a senior living on Social Security, I am WFPD have seen great results, I am also a retired Nurse. I ended up taking myself of Metformin and now I like to lower and hopefully stop them eventually. My GP has no idea how to deal with me . She likes to help but has no training in nutrition as most Physicians unless their have a personal interest. Medicare doesn’t pay for any consultations it’s like is seniors just don’t count anymore, Anthony has it right. We need access to these practitioners but most of us cannot pay for it. Lab tests etc are separate costs too. I have a supplemental insurance but they only cover if Medicare covers the care and they pick up the 30%. I know this a long comment .of course there is not much money to be made if our eating habits Eliminate medications and or tests , surgery and all,the other treatments were lots of people profit from. I grew up in Europe with another health care system, homeopathy and naturopathic physicians.America is catching on but the system is not yet. Thank you for reading my rant. I am a fan of the Esselstyns watch the KZbin videos and Ann is a hoot. it right off my BP meds I

Any info on contracting with insurances? Is reimbursement in process?

We do not bill insurance directly, but provide a superbill so patients can submit for reimbursement on their own. It's the best we can do at the moment, and will work to help insurance companies and others understand the value of this type of care in the future.

Would love to have a plant based physician. Maybe I'm missing it, but can't see how much it costs? I'll keep delving... Also, from the website I get that this is basically program based. I am already pretty much whole foods plant based and have been vegan for 8 years. I basically want a primary physician that is whole food plant based, lifestyle forward who doesn't just prescribe pills for illnesses that may pop up.

Wish your products were sos free like "well your world's"... this looks good, and is better than some other processed foods on the market, but seems to be a bit too processed for the whole plant foods plan I'm looking for.
