In German, Gunpowder is called "Schwarzpulver," which just means Black powder. But yeah, when they talk about snow powder, I think of cocaine. "My product just hits different. I understood it as they already had a basic form of explosive in that world call Snow Powder mainly made from Potassium Nitrate there fore the white coloured explosive powder. There was an earlier chapter that mention in passing that King Timothy had Captured the supply of Potassium Nitrate and Roland was going to have to sauce another supply of it to continue there Modernized Recipe of "Snow powder" called "Gun Powder". Roland Is essentially working with modern explosive technology while King timothy's side thinks Roland is still working with current generation Snow Powder. Hence why the keep getting so shocked by Roland. Timothy's side knows the limitations of Snow Powder and haven't realized Roland isn't using it at all yet.

Not sure what to think, enjoyed this story but it has gotten really expected and boring to a point. Roland has become to into himself. No one can stop him. Hes just attacking everyong and no one ever has a chance. Not even surprises or accidents or unexpected things are allowed. Might as well have him attack demons and win cause they cant do abything either. I feel like might as well give him the world cause an unexpected troops hidden caves waiting will not happen and a 200 people to 1 person ratio in a city still wont work which makes no sense. Feeling really disappointed with writer throwing commen sence out the door.

He still has the whole world to explore bro. I mean all of humanity is trapped on an infinitesimally small part of a single continent although I’m not sure how small all the kingdoms’ territories are compared to the whole continent. It looks like ship travel seems to be usually a preferred traveling method but with the technological advancements of the ships and how short traveling ships are I can say for sure all of this is happening on one continent maybe two cause of the whole desert thing… maybe it’s a super continent and if it is that’s just a huge cop out for fantasy. Literally no room for exploration outside their borders. Not only that the author has expanded the lore if you haven’t noticed as we see that there isn’t only the demons on the continent but other civilizations out there. We also still don’t know what is up with Roland’s mind world. It’s almost like a completely different universe but also not. Lots of branches to explore but until then we gonna have to focus on the main stuff. You know stuff Roland can handle right now. We don’t want him or the witches to try learning multiverse or string theory just yet and just go buck wild and jump through different universes using magic. Pacing may look slow to you but it’s kinda good to be honest. I mean he starts from protecting his town from monsters to protecting them from people to protecting and helping the witches understand their powers to helping his sister out to fighting his brother to taking over the crown to defeating the church and you can just on and on. All of that happening in the span of 500 chapters.

I do feel like it maybe possible to bring the people out of that world if she was able to bring them into that world but who knows in the end the writer might not think that far and everyones souls in that world might be released or disappear when that world ends or new bodies or who knows. I totalky agree with you, its the story starting to become predictable but i will still watch in hopes to see where it goes. Been watching till now.
