What is Roblox?
Roblox is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on Roblox is designed and constructed by members of the community. Roblox is designed for 8 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore Roblox - interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects.
Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything - be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up creation. There is no cost for this first plot of virtual land. By participating and by building cool stuff, Roblox members can earn specialty badges as well as Roblox dollars (“Robux”). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.

if you would get engineer, it would take about 40 hours because to get accel it takes like 22 hours but engineer is like 2x more expensive than accel so it will be like getting 2 accel so in total it will probably be around 44 hours - 51 hours or so.

No it doesn't. It cost 4500 gems, anybody should be able to grind that in a total of 26 in game hours or less. With the current hardcore rewards im able to get up to about 390 or so gems every 2 hours which means that starting from 0 gems, if be able to get it in just 23 hours or so. Most likely a little more. But I currently have like 650-700 gems so I'd potentially be able to unlock the tower within just 20 hours or so. If I dedicate a few hours a day to it I'll be able to very easily unlock the tower within a week, even days.

It is, Just because it has a disadvantage against hiddens doesnt make it a bad tower. Its like Accelerator and speedy enemies or Mecha bade with ghost enemies. Hardcore towes will be harder to manipulate as they are end game towers (by end game i mean progress in tds) Besides there is an event part 2 which will make the rewards for hardcore bigger (Btw nice Brawl Stars Pfp, i just came from trophy pushing lol)
