Hang, your culture seems to discard the best part of the beets you pull from the ground!!! Cook the beet tops as you would any other leafy greens. They are delicious!!! Ms Hang, regarding Policeman Long: he WAS exhibiting Interest in Ms HUYEN, before she had to leave suddenly to work in Saigon/ Ho Chi Minh City), at the ELDERLY LADY'S FAMILY'S COMPANY. ( That was a few days before he shifted his attentions to you). HOWEVER, in Ms HUYEN'S last letter to Ms NHU, she said she was being transferred back to DA LAT. 😅😅 Maybe Policeman Long could .... re-establish Contact with her. I think he was a bit upset at the time because she never told him, and left suddenly..... Also, NHU has a friend called HIEN. She is 26 years old, single, and is a Martial Arts Instructor. She would also be a good Match for our Lonely Policeman !! I am so happy for you and Tuan, and wish you both all the very best for the future xx
