Another benefit for Blaster and Soundwave is their G1 cores give the minion bots an EMP effect which stuns invading bots.

Slash/Rippersnapper are absolutely nasty in an Op as is Cheetor/BA. Elita/Lugnut should also be recommended for Op use.

I'm kind of fond of razorclaw in an outpost as well. Powered up right he has a damaging special ability and high health for a special class. And even deadend with his mini laser turrent.

I think Blades is a good bot for outpost, his bomb can hack for a few seconds almost every enemy if they aren't so far, so they attack each other

I think Fellbat/Chromia is one heck of an honorable mention for number one. Many of times I’ve had my whole squad wiped out by Fellbat because I wasn’t cautious enough.

I think runamuck and smokescreen are good bots because runamuck s ability makes any defenses around him to get a damaged reduction and smokescreen or brake neck can do insane damage to a bot with excute

With the newer version, some good bots are Fellbat/Chromia, Doubledealer, Flamewar/Afterbreaker, and Dirtbag/Grapple

I have commented before if you remember. Recently my alliance had a war. And then one of my mates got all of his defenses wrecked and then in his outpost Blaster showed up to wreck the enemies asses. And I was superbly amazed. Blaster was accompanied by Grimlock and Rodimus. And now I'm starting to level up my Blaster as OP as possible.

Great advice as usual! Your videos are getting better! I like to use Elita1 because of her ground shock punch! Stuns while she wails on them and add her armor core and she is a beast when her health gets low!

Beautifully said! I also do suggest adding Glit for Gnaw to maintain its health when fighting its opponents since when I once has to fight an outpost containing it immediately destroying my team whilst most of them saying jn good shape.

My outposts are currently covered by: Star saber (with Megatronus) Hot spot (with Liege Maximo) Sentius Magnus (with Alchemist) and Cheetor. But I might swap out Cheetor for Blaster now that he's getting to a higher level. Before I got Saber I used an Optimus prime with a golden g1 core.. keeps them busy a lot as well

I like to use Dinobot and Blaster as a combo and a statis mine so enemies run into the mine, get stunned, then they get overwhelmed with 9 enemies (3 Dino bot decoys, Dinobot himself, blaster himself, blasters minions 4)

Cheetor and Slash are great for outposts too! And I’d say Optimus and Megatron with a G1 core is also pretty good, you can’t invulnerability. Silverbolt is not bad for his amazingly long stun. I’d say Snarl is pretty good too now.

I would have thought Elita1 and Lugnut would be on the list. Silverbolt also freezes a bot for 18 seconds to be dead in the water while defenses kill the bot. Ultra Magnus and Galvatron shoot the entire group of attackers and have great health and dps so I think they are good outpost bots too. Cheetor and Black Araglchnia did more damage than Swoop and Scourge with their abilities when leveled up so they are also great outpost bots.

Another good Decepticon outpost bot is Thundercracker with a G1 core. My 5* Skyburst has been decimated by Thundercracker simply because the G1 core stuns her for so long

Have to include Slash and Rippersnapper on the list. Most frustrating outpost bot to come up against. Can’t even be targeted until attack is finished, making them even more frustrating than Cheetor or Arachnia.

I use blaster, star Saber and rhinox on my outposts. Rhinox has his vines to slow down bots and is jus devastating when star Saber and blaster deploy after him

Breakdown top? Thundercracker is much better. Drag strip? I use Malus because of damage and his HP. Tantrum is so-so defender until you have no scourge, waspinator, malus, lug nut, deathsaurus, soundwave (with g1 core), gnaw. Some defenders may be used pairs but this is another story.

All good picks. I find pairing outpost bots to be a hit and miss proposition since it can be difficult to predict where the attackers will come in most cases.

I will list 6 goods outpost bots which are: Grimlock and RazorClaw: Grimlock and tantrum has a high power level and their sword slash ability can be devastaing to attacking bots bringing down a good chunk off the attacker's health. Warpath: Warpath is a good bot to have because his ability is a single shot that goes through base defense/bots sometimes bots will attack in a line or group meaning warpath could take out at least 2 or 1 attacking bot Mixmaster: Mixmaster's ability is an strike that has good area of affect damage that can finish off the remaining attackers after going through the base. Sunstreaker/Swindle: Sunstreaker and Swindle's missle barrage has alot of area of affect damage that also sets the bots on fire Smokescreen: Smokescreen's abilty has a large amount of range and does a good amount of damage also his gun also has a long range so he can destroy bots from afar Dinobot/Dinobot II: Dinobot and Dinobot II's ability summons 3 clones of themsevles meaning attacking bots will be occilupied with the clones while the base defences weaken them

I have Sentius Magnus Optimus prime Hot spot Swoop Sentius malus Megatron Tantrum Scourge In my outposts there all 4★ other than Optimus prime who is a maxed lvl60 5★ with a maxed g1 prime core same with the others. I put a amalgamous prime core on the sentius twins for extra damage and reduced damage from attackers barely anyone can pass both my bases

My question is how are the bot's power factored in versus the level of the outpost? Does the bots power matter? Does the bots special ability level matter? Does the outpost level matter more? Thanks for any clarification

Both the outpost level and the bot power matter. The numbers on the outpost are showing the percentage of the bot's base stats that are applied in their use in that outpost. For example, if the bot's base stats are 200 DPS damage and 10,000 health and the outpost shows 89 for DPS and 42 for HP (level 11) that means the outpost bot will have 200 x 89% = 178 DPS and 10,000 x 42% = 4200 health.

Prowl/Long Haul is decent. For Springer/Astrotrain, it is the defense ability that gets used and it's effective since it stuns multiple bots. They would be good outpost bots.
