That is random you can draw it anywhere, as its just used to take measurements for drawing it in Isometric

Isometric projection aur Isometric view main kya differences hota hai ,sir

This diagrams is isometric view not isometric projection isometric projection means true value X 0.815

Videos are for you to understand how to draw, you said that is using Isometric scale and i have drawn all sums using true scale, any sum can be converted using Isometric scale so not a big deal.
