But you have to consider what are the influencing factors for you. If you want to study and come back then that’s one thing but if you want to live there then that’s a separate conversation to have.

Sir , right now I am going through the admission phrase for public universities in my country and hoping to conquer 1 seat at any public university. Sir I don't know if I will be able acheive one or not because the population and competition in country is so much high😢! But sir if could then I would study here in BD and later do my PHD outside my country (that is what I dream of ) and if I fail to acheive any seat here then I will have to go outside right now for higher study. It is possible to do credit transfer without your university having a formal affiliation, but in that case you have to meet the entry requirement, English language requirement. Best would be to contact the university where you want to apply and check what criteria they have. So universities do not accept credit transfer, some do.
