But I'm planning to apply for an employment assessment (along with skill assessment). So, after completing 3 years, will I get a point for experience if the skill assessment outcome is positive. I heard that EA decides the years of experience like they sometimes cutshot the years or not. So how this will help to gain points (for experience) in the time of visa application. or do i need to re-assess when i complete 3 years?

I believe if you have proper documents such as ITR or and Pf + salary slips for each year should be fine to get assessed.
