Design drawing is made by consultant , when it is approved from authority means that is known as good for construction drawing

Shop drawing is made by contractor company containing all the installation detail , 3.5 core cable can be used in some cases generally 4 core cable is used

hai sir .for electrical site engineer . is it necessary to learn how to draw electrical drawing in auto cad .that mean the engineeer self draw the wiring diagram in .

Not necessary. You just need to be able to read the drawing and know the standards. For autocad drawing there are draftsman who will do drafting as per engineer instructions. However, working on AutoCAD is a must skill for any engineer.
