The problem is much of these talents leave their homes much earlier. They don't have proper education and face life by the age of 12, on average. Many times they are the providers of their whole families by 15, 16 years old. When they actually are getting close to their ultimate dream is when things get heavier on their mental health.

kinda surprising because we were with our own "Mcguire" called Fabricio Bruno, the Marquinhos pupil in PSG Lucas Beraldo, a keeper that still plays in brazilian league and 2 not so top players in left and right defense. In other hand, Paquetá, João Gomes and Bruno Guimarães helped a lot in defense/pass distribution and gave some security and defensive consistency
