I think we can potentially win if we play on the front foot and actually utilise the attacking players. We've seen how good we can be when we play like that but so far Southgate has shit the bed in all the games that actually matter and we've reverted to a more defensive style and sat back. It never ends well as our defence is the weakest part of the team

I don't know this finesse shots work, I have son tots, Plamer tots and havertz tots in the team and the best with it is havertz then palmer and the worst is son that have finesse from the base card that was insane and after patch even potm was hitting them nice

England fan - I won't lie, but Southgate gets his tactics wrong, in key matches. he plays players in wrong posiitons and sometimes subs key players off like Jude Bellingham. I personally think this Euro will be Southgate's last tournement tbh.

Im Belgium and I think you can really compare martinez the same as Southgate, martinez should have use more and sooner of the young attacking Belgium talent and not play with the old ones and he played defensive while having a old vertonghen, alderweireld and so on. I am so happy he is gone and we got tedesco who is a manager on his place, he is completely in his right in the whole courtois saga and happy he didn't take him with while martinez had to much respectt for the older players and didn't dare stand up to them, so even I am a Belgium fan I believe that without Southgate and more attacking football because England has so much talent upfront they could have won for sure the euros and world champion maybe but really possible. but yeah the world championship last edition was rigged the final should have been Morocco Croatia and not France Argentina.
