Kaide Gordon has wonderful quality, great to see him back fit again. He reminds me a little bit of Bernardo Silva, very busy and quite scruffy looking until it comes to the pass and then he plays it with such quality. I think he would already be featuring regularly for Liverpool save for his injury troubles. Very interesting prospect.

Well played by both teams, although as everyone seems to agree, a tie would have been the more appropriate score, given that the not-given Italy goal seemed at least a meter over the line. It's unfortunate, however, that neither team jerseys had the player names. One of the reasons that we watch these Under games is to see who the promising youths are. But I get it that at this level they're not going to make custom uniforms. On the other hand, it was kind of nice to see the players out there with the traditional 1-11 numbering. It's been a long time since I've seen that.

England should play with this pace at Senior level instead of the slow plodding build up they currently play with. Also that RB from Norwich looks very good great overlapping and Chisrene on the Left. Got some real Talent in England need to nurture it better for senior team.

You hear about the press, teams are obsessed with the high press all that means is not allowing the opposition time on the ball and so the ball is passed sideways and backwards because that is the only place on the pitch where there is vacant space.
