When such difficulties arise to answer questions, Lucy always be pushed to represent the answer that. Maybe she is no longer surrounded by people like emerging players, but her contribution and status in England have long been self-evident. Although she has not held any team position, she is definitely the best candidate to stabilize the morale of the whole team. No doubt.

That is why the CanWNT are working so hard right now to promote change in the Canadian federation.. and with women's football in Canada! Lucy is right.. you have to strike while the iron is hot.. while Canada is holding the Olympic gold medal title they have to use that to their advantage.. to affect positive and much needed changes!!! Also like Lucy said.. the US women have set a bar.. and now the England team are making strides.. and that helps other federations do what they need to do.. when they have other countries models to refer to.... meaning is an international trickle down effect.. and I do think that can work!!
