@@darthmong7196 Jacinda Ardern & New Zealand expecting 47,000 crowd for second Test against Australia Auckland’s Eden Park set to host second match of series Opener was drawn in front of big crowd in Wellington- The envy from fans in countries where sport continues to be played in empty stadiums will only be exacerbated on Sunday when the All Blacks return to their spiritual home, where they are unbeaten in 43 matches going back to 1994. Rewatching the game confirmed to me that Stander should have been red carded and OF yellow carded for the second half incident. OF was in the wrong, but Stander responded by trying to beat OF up. It should not matter whether the blow was with a closed fist or an open hand both are designed to inflict injury and should be eradicated from rugby
@justinstephenson93604 жыл бұрын
@Joseph13 I was taught many many years ago, by an international coach (and no I was not that good, he just happened to be the sports master at my school) that no matter what you do, you do not retaliate, you do not strike your opponent because you give the ref the opportunity to make it about you. Stander should have simply shaken his leg a bit and appealed to the ref with his arms wide out.
@eoinh38164 жыл бұрын
Justin Stephenson Stop talking rubbish. Stander used an open palm to try and get him off which was the only way. Itoje should’ve been yellow carded for deliberately holding down two Irish players and pulling ones shirt off.
@justinstephenson93604 жыл бұрын
@@eoinh3816 OK, get a real strong 18 stone guy and have him use an open hand with as much force as he can (and Stander was upright, OF was on the ground so that makes it worse) on your ribs - I am sure it will not cause you any hurt or injury! No matter how you try and spin it, Stander lost control, he committed a violent conduct offence repeatedly and was clearly retaliating...IMO that makes it a red card. Violent conduct on its own is a yellow, the combination of retaliation and repeated strikes to a player who was not fighting back upgrades it to a red. IMO the ref wimped out twice over by not red carding Stander and, probably as a consequence, not yellow carding OF.

I LOVE ENGLAND ... THEY WILL WIN THE NEXT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OR WALLABEES I love this game, so I dont give a fuxx about none of 2 BUT IRLAND: (in my way to see the game) * Like England NO relay race= bad positioned on the field * Kicks to the outside (40 yrds/mt) are to conquer the field when u dont pass the wall of the opponents * When u see that from the middle (qtrback) they pass to a direction or another.... the wing must run like a CBR/Roadrunner so they can kick to him (there is no outside with the realy race)= if they pass to a direction or another it means that THE PLAYER SEE THE GAME where they are bad positioned= see a hole * And from 20 yrds/meter... U MUST kick/shoot into the goal= +3
