If you told any England fan after those warm up games that we had, that we would be 2 from 2 with a bonus point, I reckon they'd be thrilled. Japan and Chile were/are an opportunity for us to really work on our attack and I think in that sense, we are gradually building. As we know, anything can happen from the Quarter Finals onwards so let's keep it rolling and get behind the team! Welcome back Kruiser.

That's a bit disrespectful to Japan. They could beat any tier 1 nation on their day, and have beaten most.

Good luck on getting past the quarter finals. Those 2 lacklustre performances have given you false hope. England will eventually get knocked out in the QFs.

@@darthmong7196 no disrespect intended, I just felt coming into the tournament they weren’t as defensively structured as they once were. Watched them at Twickenham in November and similar story then. Can’t overlook anyone though, I agree with that.

Japan wasn't the best of games and I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel like we took a few steps back on the improvement scale, but lads, seeing you guys ENJOYING yourselves pre/post match assures me that you've far from given up on yourselves. Keep up the aggression, the commitment to improvement and we'll have one hell of a team again. Lets get this Rose growing!

Wow. Kruis looks like a normal tall person now. I wonder how hard it was for him to maintain his size.

reason we are struggling to scores trys is we have no threat in the back line all immobile 100kg over muscled body builders no line speed or brains just bash and hope what they don't realise a 70kg man with proper tackling will make the same tackle as then and also have that threat of speed to break lines and score trys which makes teams scared to rush the backline like Japan did
