If student is not doing homework and not paying attention in the class its either his lack of internal motivation or lack of fear. Bcz wtevr we do totally depends on only 2 factor first is prize for that we accomplish little goals, set our mindset and second is fear whether its financial or emotional, social. Please don't blame teachers always bcz teachers are nowadays doing lot of work getting negligible salary and not independent to act anything for their students. Bcz teacher have fear of getting fired from job and not a motivation from school of getting pay and appreciation.

Hello Adriaja currently I'm teaching hindi and english medium students upto class 8. But I'm suffering at conversion with students English to English. Because I studied at Hindi medium school and college so my confidence level is too low. And i wish to be a teacher in CBSE school but I don't know how to talk at class room with students in english languages . May you like to make a full day activities conversation videos. How to teachers and students interested each other full time. Please please. It's a request because i rejected for my low level of confidence at English speaking.
