"Can you tell me how I drove my car?" This is more common and natural. It asks about the way you drove in the past. "Can you tell me how I did drive my car?" This adds emphasis and is used when contrasting or questioning, e.g., "I usually drive carefully, but yesterday I rushed. How did I drive?" Which is correct? Both are correct, but the first is better unless you need emphasis.
