I prefer to offline job because its give chance to growth knowledge because in india very rural area never be good network for online so offline job is better for rural area but online job efficient only in cities .As a villager I love offline job and in home very distraction for working or some work never be better in online like Civil service,farming,driving doctorate, delivery of products .we work in amazon,flipkart and other platform but delievery is only offline work ,but I think its depend on person situation like education or her living area network connectivity.

In online job we can do our anytime , anywhere but in offline job there need fixed place... Every type of job should be performed in its appropriate setting to avoid disrupting family life and mental well-being. Mixing work and home life too much can lead to inefficiencies and put the company at risk. So, I believe that offline jobs are safe for the company and beneficial as well.
