I've said this once and I will say it again - I love how Studio Yuraki keeps filler words at a minimum in their lyrics. In other fandubs, I see a lot of "just" and "now" being used at the beginning or end of a line for absolutely no reason besides filling in the syllables, and it's highly noticeable. When I see it being used here, it's more of a necessity than a filler word. So good work on not just the singing, but the lyrics as well!

Cuz Boruto had a lead early on, both story and animation(despite being filler) BC early on was very predictable of sorts compared to boruto fillers being more interesting. Then after Boruto Chunin Arc, to me it just went downhill. If there is one thing BC failed is dynamics and suspense, these 2 factors especially for a long run show, can make or break a viewer attention span. Boruto did that well, even if the quality of animation went to BC instead, Boruto would've caught more of my attention. Look at Parasyte for example, they really make full use of suspense and dynamics with intense music to reinforce it, e.g. Shinichi mother killed, Shinichi was having a meaning dialogue with Migi that reinforced their polar opposite personality about other topics etc. Then father called and Shinichi heard someone came back, he broke down mentally in denial knowing his mother got taken over with ominous music then ltr on stabbed to seemingly death. Ends Episode. That what BC failed for the most part esp early Eps, there isn't a hook to keep the viewers latched on "what's gonna happen next". I assume the manga is fine, and the anime just basically takes every portion of the manga into the anime, so it doesn't really match up to well in start and ends unlike other anime that DO do that, but at the cost of cut content. It has its pros and cons. In common, Boruto and BC lacked the music department, so nth much there. Boruto led the dynamic and suspense but BC took over after Boruto Chunin arc. If anything, Tabata(BC author) should really stop or cut down massively the standard "dialogue" of Black Bull Squad, Like Gauche forever saying abt his sister or Gordon about friends. Its a cheap and annoying way to waste time to bring the episode to a suspense moment, if it's like OreGairu where Iroha "rejection" to Hachiman was the fast speaking dialogue which seems similar but different as each rejection is slowly becoming less harsher to show viewers her change of heart then yes, it's acceptable. But their stereotype dialogue has not been any different, even in the events of heavy arcs, barely any change. Gordon speaking out was a good development, Gauche bit of the tsundere type now, but the base stereotype dialogue still remains. But BC training arc filler have been great, the dynamics and suspense were very well directed... Boruto, sigh, need I say more? Fcking Karma Seal /Kawaki arc not even touched on, teased and teased and boring ass fillers that brought about nth to their future development. If anything just to show what they can do presently or I growth in a what if scenario. Bad thing is inconsistent techniques and combat and weird nerfs and buffs to random characters cuz plot calls for it
