I also follow same technique Listening & speaking helps me to learn language . Mostly people shy to speak may be due to not strong in grammar. Language is a learning process long conversations helps to improve a lot. Reading books & newspapers, watching news, movies etc. Confidence is key speakup either right or wrong which drive us to improve not only language any new thing. Thank you
