I am not a creature of habit, but I have a bad habit which is picking my nose. I've been trying to break it, but as we know: Bad habits die hard. I've tried some times before, but I unfortunately fell into it. I normally do it when I'm alone. Sometimes I'm watching tv and I do it unconsciously. Force of habit. 😁 Making up a short text is a good way to practice. I invite you to do it. 😃😘😘😘😘

- "creature of habit". If you say that someone is a creature of habit, you mean that they usually do the same thing at the same time each day, rather than doing new and different things.  - "break a habit". It means end , stop the habit.  - "force of habit". If you do something from force of habit, you do it because you have always done it in the past, rather than because you have thought carefully about it.  - "fall back into". It means that to go back to doing something or behaving in a way which you did before.  - "old habits die hard". It means that it is difficult to end a habit.  - "kick a/the habit". It means that end a habit or to give up something harmful taht you have done for a long time .  - "break the habit". It is the same meaning of kick the habit.  - "have an/the urge".
