nickname "Kolejorz" is very historical, and it's roots reach 1930, when the club got patronised by PKP (Polish National Railways). This is even mentioned in club name, KKS Lech Poznań - KKS stands for "Kolejowy Klub Sportowy" which means "Railway Sport Club". Just random fun fact :D

Me and my wife lived in Poznan for 1.5 years (starting from August 2020) and went to quite a few Lech Poznan matches. During the last match of the last season, I was called to a reserve military exercise & had to be there but my wife and my mother-in-law and father-in-law went there. My wife even walked on the pitch after the final whistle! :D And during our time in Poznan, one of my best buddies (who's from Sweden, Djurgarden supporter) came to Poznan for a boys weekend & I gifted him a Karlström jersey and we went to a match. Loved Poland, loved Poznan & loved the Kolejorz. Wouldn't be surprised if we move back there one day. Probably some of the best memories of my life. Love from Estonia!

What a great video. I love Poland but not been for a few years. Once was on a redirected flight into Poznan, then mini bus to Warsaw. The great Polish lads at the back of the bus helped the journey fly by. Never been to Polish football but its definitely on high on the list. As an English fan of Lech Poznan this was a great watch, having missed the party in 2015 and again this year it was great to be able to see it in video form at least. Lech fans know how to celebrate!! It is a great country, a wonderful city and a very fine football club, thank you for showcasing it. Just for reference the substitutions in the 57th minute were both of players leaving the club, hence the guard of honour for them both. Actually a real shame they are both going but young Jakub Kaminski is a name to look out for in future - like so many young players that leave Lech Poznan, he is destined for great things I am sure. Thank you again for doing this video, watching football in Poland and particularly at Lech is an experience worth sharing! MISTRZ MISTRZ KOLEJORZ!
