Shouldn't it be "whom" for the 3rd question? For example => "I should speak with Tom." Here, Tom is the object in this sentence, therefore I should use the word "whom" when talking about that. "Whom should I speak with?"

@@sandy-cm9cp Well, I'm just tryna help that's all, I'm not trying to put you down and I'm not trying to teach you English either, that's something Jennifer can do way much better than me, but I was able to see that you made some mistakes and I decided to help you because maybe Jennifer didn't notice those mistakes. You used the word "gratitude" as a verb when it ain't a verb, I mean, it's not a verb, it's a noun. I'm not an arrogant guy or a wise one, I MAKE MISTAKES TOO and before learning English I got a lot of help and a lot of correcting too, so please don't get me wrong, don't take it wrong and don't get upset. And I can teach you some Spanish as well if you want me to I can assist you 'cause it's my mother tongue. I'm trustworthy, I won't spill the beans. 2) If I were you, I'd quit! As for studying English, I'd definitely recommend you to everybody! You're such a great teacher! 3) I'm not sure with whom I should speak. 4) Each of the candidates has pros and cons. 5) Vanessa and I are going to the concert. 6) You'd better (had better) meet the deadline. 7) You should've (should have) called! That's right! 8) The team, including its coach and star players, was ready for the championship match. 9) She always comes to work late! 10) The report addresses neither the timeline nor the budget. Let's go! This was fun! I made only minor mistakes here and there. Not too bad, I'd say.

The correction in the 3rd sentense (I am not sure "who" I should speak with.) sounds wrong to me. If "who" is the the subject, then what is "I"? "I" does the action (to speak). In the question "Who should I speak with?", the subject "I" has been inverted. For me "whom" is logically the object I speak with. We just need to answer the previous question to find that out. We actually say "I should speak with him" not "I should speak with he". There is no ambiguity in a sentense such as "I am not sure who should drive the car." where "who" is the actual subject that does the action "to drive".

allow me to correct you with all due respect, regarding number 9. the present continuous can be used with always when we want to express annoyance or even anger. It is an exception to the rule which says to use present simple for habitual actions. more examples " he's always smoking in the bedroom" " she's always shouting at the children " . this use of present continuous with always is described in advanced grammar books
