More tips, The A12 film backs can still be uses with this adapter, just.. For anyone who have or uses only the A12 film backs, you can still uses this adapters as well by following the film loading from this clip, then when you shoot and the mechanical or film counter numbers stop at the no.12, by this situation you can't continued until the rest of the roll films, you can take more pictures but you may need the darkroom bag [wherever or whatever tool can be uses that the light will not affects to the films] or darkroom to put the film magazine into it and reset the number on the film backs to zero [o] again by release the insert from the shell and put it back right a way, now you can continued and enjoy the rest of the film

one tip here, use re-loadable cassettes and a bulk 135 loader, give yourself the leader, and tail allowance, then add 12/24 frames (6x6 length) to this to give loading count for the bulk loader's

More additional information please, The A12 film backs can still be uses with this adapters and following the clip step by steps loading the films as same as the A24 backs by no need to uses the darkroom bags to reset the mechanical in the cassette to continued your shooting If you uses the 136-24 exp. film types [offered 24 images a roll] and will get 13-15 exposures per roll on these magazines This clip demonstrates how to loading the 136-36 exp. [offered 36 images/roll] roll films on the A24 film backs types and will get about 23-24 exposures

Ammar Taibi dear, Many thanks for your question, Actually any types of the focusing screen can be uses and you can marked the frames following advises from the clip, Mostly recommended is an Acute Matt focusing types (They have about 7 to 12 types) take just one model from them, It’s very smart and clearly in focusing and in any lighting conditions, best regards ❤️❤️

@@ammartaibi8011 Yes, for marking the screens as you said is the right understood, for the cameras, Yes, you can find and look up on eBay or local camera stores that near by you, The stores they may give you some useful advises, If you finding on eBay, you may takes your own risking on the Hassy body that 70% of them may not in focus [May front or back focus from the subjects that you focused] when you opened the lens at f2.8 of the 80mm lens or others lenses, so you need to be tuned the camera bodies for correcting focusing [unfortunately hard to find or no services for this] , the second is the film backs [Film magazines that hold the 120 or 220 roll of films types] it's may light leaked, that means your films may unexpected exposed from the light that not comes from the lenses, it's from ambient that leaks into the films through the dark slide plates slot, So make sure no problems or issues from these you needed the expert or camera stores that can be trusted if you need one, but of cause, you may have to pay more on the Hassy completed sets and ready to shoot without any issues [ lens+Body+film back]. Yes, the film is in horizontal when use regularly with the SLR cameras, It's will be reverse when use with Hasselblad, The film must be loaded in vertically by direction of the film cassette when uses with Hasselblad film backs, When the film is loaded and putting the cassette into the shell of the film back, the film will goes in vertical, So I have to taped on the focusing screen to marked the areas of the film to make sure that the images will not out of the film areas, When I need to get the landscape images I have to vertical my camera [The Hasselblad have the square formats and the images will deliver in vertical], If you shooting with the waist level finder will be difficult to adjust the image composition, by using the prism finder will more conveniences and corrects view not inverse like the waist level, hope you understand, sorry for my poor English, thank you and enjoy, John

Chi Ho Chan, yes, that’s correct with the c12 type, for the frames overlapped on your C12 film back, I think you may have to recheck the mechanism on the film back itself, it’s may have some issues with it. Or you can try again with the another film back if you have some. so you may find out the issue, please let me know in advance if you tried it best regards, John

Do you know what caused the very bad orange / red fog on some of the images? Image shown at 13:59 is the worst one, but is pretty bad on 13:20 and 13:48. Does your back need new light seal? Or is this a problem with light coming in through the edges of the 35mm film and spoiling the negs due to lack of a proper mask in the film back or camera? Hasselblad did make official panorama masks in the late 1990s which they intended for use with 120 film but would work here very well I think but may not completely cover the sprocket holes which may be necessary to eliminate the light flare if it comes from the edges of film and edges of sprocket holes. (I am considering using for an important job, using Ferrania p30 film (120 film is not available in this brand), but I can't have orange fog on films, the location is a one time only expensive rental...). At first I thought it was lens flare but it isn't, it is random and sometimes covers half the image.

Dear David, First of all thank you so much for your sharing, the image shown at 13.20, 13.48 and 13.59 were lights leak by the lab film developer, for the film back just I just recent CLA amd the lights seal trap, **** Hasselblad did make official panorama masks in the late 1990s which they intended for use with 120 film but would work here very well I think but may not completely cover the sprocket holes which may be necessary to eliminate the light flare if it comes from the edges of film and edges of sprocket holes, ** Hasselblad did made multi format mask sets. Yes, absolutely correct!! **** (I am considering using for an important job, using Ferrania p30 film (120 film is not available in this brand), but I can't have orange fog on films, the location is a one time only expensive rental...) ** Thank you so much for the available film sizing, Wish you good luck on your inspires job, the orange and red fog from my clip was accidental from the film developer, so you no need to be worry, for your expensive job do you need to be spare film or back up camera? ​@@suradegh ใช้ A12 ได้นะครับ หมุนสองรอบ ไม่ขึ้นเลข 1 ก็ถ่ายไปได้เลย ไม่ต้องสนใจครับ ถ่ายไปเรื่อยๆ พอแมกมันขึ้นที่เลข 12 และเลย 12 ไป กลไกของแมกจะไม่ยอมให้กดชัตเตอร์ลง ต้องรีเซ็ทใหม่ หมายถึงดึง insert ออกเพื่อให้แมกมันกลับไปที่เลข 1 ขั้นตอนนี้ต้องทำในถุงมืดนะครับ (ถุงมืดราคา 300-400 บาท) ถ้ารีเซ็ทเลยฟิล์มและรูปที่ถ่ายไปก่อนหน้านี้จะโดนแสงครับ เมื่อรีเซ็ทแล้ว ก็ถ่ายต่อไปได้ ตัวเลขอาจจะขึ้นต่อไปเรื่อยๆ อาจถึงเลข 5-7 จากนั้นก็ถ่ายต่อไม่ได้แล้ว เพราะฟิล์มน่าจะครบ 36 รูปของ 135 ละ (ได้ภาพแบบมีหนามเตย 19-23 รูป) ต้องโหลดฟิล์มออกด้วยถุงมืดหรือให้ร้านโหลดดออกมาให้ตามที่แนะนำก่อนหน้านี้ครับ คำตอบนี้มีในคลิปอื่นๆ อีกสองสามคลิปนะครับลองหาชมดู ส่วน Adapter มีขายใน shoppee หรือ Lazada นะครับ ขอให้มีความสุขกับการถ่ายภาพครับ :D
