I am making Natto for myself and my rescue Shiba Inu. I have read it’s also good for her. I know she will love it.

I have done a lot of Japanese to English translation using an iPhone camera that capture the paper documents, copy and paste it in the google translation and it takes less than a minute to do it. Anybody can easily do it. Try it!🙏

Natto is so healthy rich in oligopeptides, many people don't have a healthy digestion to produce enough oligopeptides from protein because of lacking bacillus subtilis in the gut microbiome. Natto should be more popular worldwide!

I never use the little spoon and just sprinkle some over the cooked beans and then mix with a stainless steel chopstick. No big deal, my Natto always comes out great.

What was the spoon of water bioling hot ? When you mix the spores ?
@keikobrown777 Жыл бұрын
You mix steralized water and natto spores while you are waiting for the beans to cook. After beans are cooked discard hot water and add natto starter liquid to cooked beans and mix them while the beans are still very hot. Again, please don't worry about heat you will not destroy natto spores. Actually, heat will kick start natto spores... I hope I answered your questions

hello, the water used to mixer stater spores is hot or cold, temperature range? tks
@keikobrown777 Жыл бұрын
It does not matter if you use cold or hot water. Natto spores will not die if you use hot water. It is important you first boil water to sterilize it and then let it cool down and mix with natto spores. I normally use warm water for this task.

I just received a 10 pack of Natto spores from China for only $3.79 with no English instructions. My plan is to mix one pack in warm water and mix on the cooked beans to ferment and see if that was correct.

I am glad you liked my video. I never tried but I think you should be able to use black soya beans too. If you ever try it please let me know how it turned out.

I dont think its enough - i tried 1 tiny spoon for 500 gr cooked beans. No activity after 8 hrs. So i had to add more.
