Reps: Repetition. Sets: A collection of reps. If your goal is to complete 20 pushups, you can do two sets of ten reps. This can help you effectively pace yourself.😊😊

I'll be done in three to five minutes. I have two sets left. Do you want to work in with me? I like this expression.😊 Do you want to take turns? Can I work in with you? Are you using this? I'm using it. Can I use this? You can use it. Can I use this? You're good. (Go ahead)
@TeacherMikeEnglish11 ай бұрын
You can say "three to five", but "three or five" is strange because it doesn't include four.
