This song shakes my soul. Hope the world can unite as one, as how the song wants human to be.

Maybe someday. As a child of immigrants living in the U.S., things ain't looking too hot right now. My country decided to abandon my people, essentially sacrificing them, like lambs to the slaughter... Sigh. But this song does give me hope...maybe someday

when you unite the population of the world and create a planet through song, shit.... i wish we would do that to our mother earth i mean not by merely a song, but by a real action taken by the whole world population ..... and with feelings of love not by being forced to...

Apparently, this is a battle song. However, it sounds a bit too much like a victory march for me.

Is the final boss battle theme

Under ordinary circumstances I would agree, but there are three things you need to understand about this piece. The first is that in the series where this comes from, magic is cast through song, and many of the themes in boss battles are in fact supposed to represent spells being cast while the fight takes place: this is one of them. The second is that this particular spell is bringing a planet into existence, which your opponent (the last boss) is trying to stop: your task is to protect the planet as it forms in the background. It actually looks a lot like the video here. So, I mean, if you needed to literally sing a whole planet into existence, what kind of song would you use? I'm not sure what other choice they had. The battle in the game extremely well done, and fits the music much better than you might think. It's not literally opera, but it's very space-operatic in tone, much like the song.

The first few bits of this song remind me of "Adagio of Strings".

One of the most beautiful dreams I ever had was the inception of a new humanity in a new, virtual-reality controlled world, a sort of bubble away from the planet's ruins in order to prime humans to become more caring and responsible to restore it as best they could. I see now that this song was written with the same idea, the same hope, the same smile that, in my dream, I saw shine on the face of this simulation's demiurge.

This game could have really benefited from subititles in the music. The story for the most part is a laughing stock but the 'singing' sections have songs that are so well thought out and tailored to match the character and scene that it's pure crystal. And it can't truely be appreciated while playing the game.

ritoyuki97 Emotional Song Pact, or Keihansoukaishi, which is one of the two languages created for Surge Concerto. By the way AbstractGarden, I''m pleasantly surprised to see you added the glyphs to the video. Are they by any chance taken from the official image generation program hosted at genomirai.com?

***** I'd been thinking about adding credits somewhere, but I forgot to do so… I'll put some in the description soon. I used ell's "keihan EUDC dictionary ver 1.1" and the Keihan font made by you (to put = and ; in the phrases). Thank you so much for your commitment and the hard work :) Next time I'll try the generator you mentioned as well :D

What program did you use? I am using Premiere Pro and am having trouble getting the characters to show up right. Thank you!
@AbstractGarden9 жыл бұрын
+Seraphim Undisputed I used Premiere Pro too, but as far as I know, if the characters you mention are the symbols from the Keihansoukaishi EUDC, your system locale should be set to Japanese first. And I guess the Keihan EUDC symbols will be entered normally in a Phothshop text layer only when the Type Tool's font is set to System or Fixedsys. (Note: Premiere Pro will show the Keihan text symbols in the imported PSD file normally no matter what the system locale is set to.) Or you can use Keihansoukaishi Text Symbols Generator instead, which converts English alphabets you input to the JPG image of the corresponded Keihan symbol (www.genomirai.com/WorldSettingDocument/language/)
