You can use this material for speaking practice. Take on the role of either that man or woman. When the man or woman says something, pause the video and repeat the line of other the person answering the question exactly as they do. This way you learn intonation, learn to pause on the right places, pace and get in a ton of speaking practice. Record yourself and see if you match their intonation. Think of yourself as an actor/actress in a film where you have to learn and deliver the lines. You don't need a speaking partner. It is what I am doing and people have already told me that speech patterns have improved. I tend to speak really fast and people often ask me to repeat myself.
